When our boiler started leaking unexpectedly, we looked for an emergency plumber on Google and came across Helix Plumbing and Gas, a business which only has 5 star reviews; after working with Josh, it is so obvious why he has these amazing reviews, and he deserves every one of them and more. From the very first phone call to the last boiler check, he was extremely professional, hardworking and reliable, communication was always fantastic, he was honest and respectful at all times, incredibly trustworthy, and he went above and beyond to ensure we were ok and 100% happy. He got the job done quickly and successfully, even though we have a very old boiler with some parts that are now obsolete. We will absolutely be recommending Josh to all our family and friends. Thanks so much Josh!

As a local landlord we rely on Josh for all our plumbing and heating. The quality of Josh’s work is always first class and he is one of the most helpful and fair people to deal with.

Josh is a real problem solver and doesn’t just solve the immediate problem but is always looking at ways to prevent further issues in the future.

Josh recently put in a full heating system in one of our developments and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He also communicates well with the other tradesmen which is proven by the fact that our builder has started using Josh himself!

I've used Helix Plumbing & Gas for over 10 years. There are several reasons why they have retained my custom. Helix staff are a credit to the industry; incredibly courteous; respectful of the property and incredibly competent. Helix represent great value for money and a work ethic which is second to none. I cannot speak highly enough of their services and as such, I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Helix Plumbing and Gas. Josh has fitted new boilers in two properties for me and carries out the annual maintenance and gas safety checks. He’s also done lots of other plumbing work over the years like fitting new shower, replacing taps, carrying out plumbing repairs and changes. Josh is always reliable. His communication is great, he responds quickly and keeps you informed. He’s always so helpful and his pricing is fair and reasonable. He is always friendly and very helpful.

Josh is fantastic and so reliable! He is our regular plumber and has done everything from servicing our boiler to plumbing in a new kitchen. I could not recommend him enough. We have received years of service from him with not one single complaint. Great guy.
